Amenities at the villa include WiFi, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, bed linens and towels provided, and a parking space available inside the complex. Additionally, there's an indoor 2 in 1 washer/dryer for your convenience.

Not only are you situated within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, such as Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azúcar, Danta, and Dantita, but our concierge can also help you arrange a variety of activities to take your vacation to the next level. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
