Built in 2020, The Laguna Pearl boasts right over 2,600 sq ft, due to the open floor plan and 2 living spaces, it never feels crowded. The living room has a 70” smart TV. Every bedroom has a smart tv (no cable). You can log on to your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Disney Plus or Amazon Prime. WiFi works well throughout the home and covered back patio, creating a perfect and quiet workspace. Our backyard patio oasis has 4 pool loungers, bocce ball area, adairondack outdoor seating around the firepit and pool, a daybed swing and sofa under the covered porch with tv.

Our entire home and patio is yours to enjoy other than our 2 locked owners closets.
