Located in the breathtaking Kailua Kona, Hawaii, this private oceanfront home with Asian influences is in a secluded and gated community set among tropical botanical gardens.

This exquisite three-bedroom, three-bathroom home can accommodate up to six guests and features a large community 3-lane lap pool and tennis court. As you enter this multi-level house, you will be greeted by an expansive and spacious living room area that boasts oversized leather comfy sofas, a large HD TV, and sliding doors that open to the lanai and ocean beyond.

The large gourmet kitchen has been completely upgraded with granite countertops, Koa cabinets, and new stainless-steel appliances. It’s the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your family and friends. The dining area has seating for six and opens up to the spacious oceanfront lanai, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean.

The primary bedroom, with king size bed, is located upstairs and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks. The media area in the suite has an HD TV and seating area for reading or internet use. The second queen bedroom is also located upstairs and has its own bath and a small private lanai. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a Queen. This bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. All bedrooms have A/C, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The unit is also equipped with high-speed internet access, ensuring you can stay connected while relaxing in paradise.

Spectacular spot

Great access to morning surf spots, spectacular snorkeling a few minutes drive away, and a beautifully appointed kitchen for the meals we made at the property. The view is stunning and the soaking hot tub was a treat after a late-day swim. The hot tub did have some operational issues during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy it the entire time, but the management team was very communicative with us. Highly recommend this rental property. Mahalo for a memorable trip!

Paradise

The house was beyond our expectations. It was fully stocked for all needs. Sitting and watching the beautiful waves in am and pm were heaven. It was a very safe neighborhood and close for all our excursions including traveling to the other side of the island. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

So so perfect.

We absolutely loved this property. So perfect for us. Small safe gated community. Fabulous swimming pool always all to ourselves. Sitting on the deck watching surfers in the morning with coffee. Close proximity to great beaches and restaurants. The house was immaculate and the management easy to deal with. Beautiful kitchen, beach towels, games, tv, This could be the best place I have ever rented. Definitely coming back.

Relax on the water

Spectacular ocean front home. All the amenities you need. 5 adults with ample bedroom and community space. Never felt crowded. Very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely recommend this one.

Master king bedroom has soaking tub, walk in shower, and two sinks. Media area in master has HD TV, and seating area for reading or internet use. Queen bedroom has own bath, and small private lanai.
Both upstairs bedrooms have A/C. Third downstairs bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king for couples.

Short walk to nearby sandy beach and just minutes to grocery store, shopping, restaurants , and ocean activities.
