Summary:
Welcome to our newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the charming city of Arvada, CO! This home is just a short drive to Denver where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and breweries. The city also offers easy access to the mountains for hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities.

The Space:
BEDROOMS
When it's time to retire for the night, our bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows for a great night's sleep. This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 5 beds and a large couch.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a comfy lounge chair.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom upstairs has 2 full size beds.
Bedroom 3 - This downstairs bedroom comes with 2 full size beds. A crib was recently added to this bedroom.

BATHROOMS
Our bathrooms are sparkling clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. You'll find 3 walk-in showers. 2 have a shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals, and our dining area is the perfect place to enjoy them. For those who prefer to dine out, there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. This kitchen includes complimentary assorted coffee and tea and there's a small table with 4 stools for seating.

Our living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, with comfortable seating and a large 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table provides ample space for meals or game nights.

The main dining table is huge and has enough chairs for 8 guests, with an additional 2 chairs and a couch just behind it. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the fun this house has to offer.

The entire first floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.

BASEMENT
Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find the bar area along with a variety of games to enjoy (Pool Table, Darts, Jenga, and Cards). This is an absolute must while enjoying the home. Just past the pool table, you will find the washer, dryer, 2 additional beds, and a bathroom.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside, our property features a lovely patio area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. We also provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, so you can stay connected and plan your adventures. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street for up to 4 vehicles.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
