For a truly exclusive experience, you will have your own private dock when you stay at our Boat House. It’s all set up for enviable social media posts!

Tie your boat between excursions, or just fish right off the dock and try your luck at this world-famous catfish location.

The Boat House includes 3 beds/1 bath, a deck, and a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need. Our store sells crock pot meal kits, so you can have a hot meal waiting for you after a full day of lake adventures!

Two of the rooms have 2 full-size beds each. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Our beds are 10-inch memory foam mattresses with goose-down bedding. We’ve added a bit of luxury with spa-styled towels and linens.

There is a small, well-furnished bathroom in the Boat House, and large parties are welcome to use the nautical designer bath house, which is just a half minutes walk away.

This home features inspiring views of a private cove where our own flock of egrets glides silently above the water.

You’re only a few steps away from a waterfront fire pit.

As a guest of Bells Marina and Resort, you are invited to use our community Ring of Fire, barbecue, and pizza oven. This is a friendly gathering spot where you can meet fellow travelers and share your stories while you cook a hot meal outdoors.

Do note that we are currently giving the property a facelift so bear with us as we transform!

Waterfront fishing lodge

This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us. This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck.

I have been an avid camper for as long as I can remember and I love spending time in nature. I stumbled upon Eutawville, SC, during one of my camping trips and was immediately drawn to the town's natural beauty and friendly people. Eutawville is the perfect location for an RV park and hotel. Not only it is situated near many popular attractions, including Lake Marion and Santee State Park, but it is also conveniently located near major highways, making it easily accessible for travelers. Our experience in the hospitality industry and our passion for camping and travel made us the perfect fit for this venture. We knew that we could create a unique experience for guests by providing top-notch amenities and exceptional customer service. We are committed to making sure that everyone who visited his RV park and the hotel feels at home and had a memorable experience.
