Situated in the shade of a huge mature oak tree overlooking our windmill and rustic 70 year old barn, the Oak House at the Seven Oaks Ranch is ideal if you’re hosting a larger group. It features five bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to 12 people. This spacious 3,800 sq ft home has all you need to enjoy your time together as you soak in the rustic charm of the Seven Oaks Ranch including two master suites, a billiard/game room with a flat screen TV, a large living room complete with 60” flat screen TV, a den with a 40” flat screen, a large kitchen and a spacious dining room. On the first level you’ll find a master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and three additional bedrooms. The second level master suite encompasses the whole second floor (approximately 700 sq ft) and has a separate seating area with an outside deck which features spectacular views of the ranch. Three of the five bedrooms have California King Beds, one has a queen size bed and one has twin beds, and all four bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. When it comes time to eat and drink at the Oak House, you have many options. The kitchen bar seats four and the dining room table provides seating for up to 14. For outside dining you’ll find a delightful covered and lit patio area with a gas barbecue with a side table and burner in addition to the front deck leading to a cozy bonfire ring with seating for eight.
