We are located adjacent to the US Border (Peace Arch Crossing or Pacific Highway) and Highway 99. The highway can get you to YVR airport or Downtown Vancouver in under 45 minutes.

The suite is located at the lower level and requires going down a set of stairs.

There are security cameras that monitor/record movement at the exterior of the premises - 24/7.
