Villa Kafkales - Sunset sea view

Villa Kafkales offers a stunning retreat with a distant sea view. It features three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

The outdoor area is a highlight, offering a private pool that can be heated for year-round enjoyment.

Luxurious sunbeds surround the pool. Additionally, there's a gas BBQ and a unique dug-down sitting area, creating an inviting space for socializing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The villa is located upon the hill of Kafkales in the village of Maleme. This particular spot was extremelly important during the World War II, since it included the control of the airport of Maleme and all the surrounded areas. After the defeat of the Greek forces at that spot, the Germans conquered the whole island.

All places of the villa have been built respectfully to the surrounding physical environment, offering comfortable spaces in several spots around it. It sits inside a vast yard of olive trees and the fence is fully built using material of the local ground.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen.
Basement: living room, bedroom with dressing room, mini bar, playroom with Smart TV, private bathroom, fridge and coffee maker

All spaces are air conditioned / heated.

The villa offers a charger for electric vehicles with an additional charge.
Security cameras have been installed at the entrance and parking area to ensure the security of our guests.
