Ideally situated in a quiet residential neighborhood between Fort Myers and Naples, this family-friendly Bonita Springs home is the perfect launching pad for Gulf Coast adventures. With ping-pong and a dart board in the garage and an enclosed lanai, fully fenced back yard, and private hot tub, it’s easy to find fun right at home, but if you want to venture out, you’re surrounded by golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and amenities. It’s about 13 miles to Bonita Beach Park, and around 20 miles to either downtown Fort Myers or Naples.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings and an open floor plan that’s ideal for spending time together. Whip up mealtime masterpieces in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or large dining table.


After a day of adventures, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer do their work on any stray laundry. More entertainment options include a Nintendo Switch, four streaming-capable TVs, and free high-speed WiFi. Even better, unplug entirely and host a family cookout on the gas grill, followed by an evening soaking in the hot tub. Sleep will come easily in any of three serene bedrooms - another dreamy day in Bonita Springs starts tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
