This is a really quiet neighborhood with a mix of single-family houses and a few apartments. There is a small park across the street. Treasure Island beach is one of the only beaches where you can bring alcoholic beverages on the beach. Think about bringing your favorite cocktail or glass of champagne and watching the sunset. It is quick, it'll disappear in 3 minutes. It is unique for its proximity to the big hotels for weddings and walking distance to many amenities like Publix and many restaurants. There is also a boardwalk that will lead you to the Courtyard Marriot.
