The Breezy Bay waterfront condo will have you coming back for years to come! This adorable condo features breathtaking views of the main channel at the 9 mile-marker, a lakeside pool, and a waterfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner next to the water. PRIME location on Horseshoe bend, just minutes to tons of lakefront bars and restaurants, the Strip, Osage Beach, shopping, and so much more.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a dining room table, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

Living Room
The living room features a couch, coffee table, flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and an incredible wall of windows overlooking the main channel. This room also has a private attached bathroom with double vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a full-size bed, and a set of twin-sized bunk beds, a closet and nightstands.

Outside
Outside on the waterfront balcony you will find a patio table with plenty of seating, a charcoal grill, and unbeatable views!

Neighborhood Description
The Bay Point condo complex is located on the end of Horseshoe Bend Parkway, just minutes from all the most popular lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, Dock Knocker, H-Toads, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, and so much more. Also located just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, Outlet shopping and more. The Bay Point complex also has a large lakeside pool!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
