Welcome to the Hibiscus Hut! The name alone lifts your spirits. This adorable 2 bedroom, 1-and-a-half bath home has a quaint, vintage feel with all the modern conveniences you’ll need. Located on N. Topsail Beach, the Hibiscus Hut is in a quiet, family-friendly area on a strip of unspoiled sandy beach.  The panoramic ocean view is truly amazing. What an amazing way to start and end your day!

To access the beach you will cross the slow, residential street to one of the two nearby public crossovers. The property has everything you need to make this the best vacation ever. For your enjoyment, there are two firepits (one in the front yard, the second in the fully fenced-in back yard), a charcoal park-style grill, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and two porch swings (one upstairs with a second one downstairs). There's plenty of seating with Adirondack-style chairs and a bench swing. 

Downstairs there are two tables with high-top chairs & stools to wait your turn while playing a game of corn hole or the Peruvian game of Sapo. The spacious enclosed outside shower with dual shower heads offers hot and cold running water and a large changing room. Just rinse your bathing suits before throwing them in the full-size washing machine (and dryer) underneath the home.

This home offers both sun and shade: the covered porch faces the Ocean and offers plenty of seating options, and the expansive sun deck offers chaise lounges for soaking up the sun or enjoying the nighttime sky full of stars.  You can all gather to hang out, catch up and relax. Two lounge chairs, four high-top chairs with drink holders and tables, a comfy custom six-foot porch swing, and a picnic table give you plenty of options.

You’ll be enchanted once you go inside. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all in one open space making it the perfect spot to play a game, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or relax and be together. This quintessential beach cottage offers lots of extras from the available beach reads, board games, a comfy sectional couch, chairs, and a vintage Tiki bar. The kitchen is just the right size to make a light meal or heartier fare. The dining room table seats four and the nearby tiki bar has three more seats. The master bedroom is bright and light with a king-size bed and a designated workstation. The bathroom with a bathtub/ shower connects the master bedroom to the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed.  This second bedroom has a TV and an ensuite half-bath.

Whether you are looking for a couple’s getaway, or planning on bringing family or friends, the Hibiscus Hut will be the perfect place to reconnect. The fact that it allows your fur-kids is a huge plus. All are welcome at this sweet home away from home.

Hibiscus Hut is dog-friendly, but some restrictions may apply. The pet fee is $350.00 per dog. This fee is not automatically included in the rental rate. 

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high-touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

Arrival and Departure:

Summer Check-ins begin at 4:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00 PM.

Off-season check-ins: begin at 3:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM.

Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Check out: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Rates Include- Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Booking Fee. No events and NO Smoking.

Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

The Area: Topsail is a 28-mile-long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and a beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, and order from the restaurant.
