If you are willing to drive farther, downtown Sevierville awaits 17 miles away while Ober Gatlinburg is within 28 miles. This charming mountain condo is made up of two condos - one is located below ground level and another one on the ground level. The condo below the ground level boasts a rural ambiance that will truly make you feel like you are on vacation. Curl up by the gorgeous wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) in the living room and start planning your next adventures with your loved ones, or watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. Browse online or upload your best photos on your social media using the free high-speed WiFi available. There is even a working desk in case someone needs to work or study remotely! Prepare culinary masterpieces in the open kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials that you need to whip up memorable homemade meals. A stackable washer/dryer is provided so you don't have to worry about laundry during your stay. Additional perks include a cute patio with a small table and chairs and a furnished deck.

The ground-level condo provides you with a cozy balcony where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails and an inviting living area with a fireplace that is the perfect gathering spot for movie nights. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
