Right across the street from Little Peconic Bay, this five-bedroom home provides the perfect place for your family on your next vacation! With direct water views and access, fun in the sun is inevitable. When you aren't swimming, boating, or fishing, head to one of the nearby wineries for an afternoon tasting, apple pick at one of the local orchards, or ride horseback with the serene Southold landscape as your backdrop.

After a day full of adventure, head back to your retreat where you will instantly take notice of the spacious front porch, the ideal spot for your morning ritual cup of coffee or late-night chats. The sunny living room provides a peaceful place to sit, visit with your loved ones, and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. The full kitchen is well-suited to host all of your mealtime masterpieces and when you're ready to eat, dine at the sprawling formal dining table.

As you explore the rest of the home, you will find multiple additional TV rooms, offering welcomed space for the kid's morning cartoons, as well as a private washer/dryer. On rainy days, grab one of the board games from the sizable collection and gather at the quaint wooden table for hours of entertainment. When you aren't feeling up to a board game, start a game of pool!

Each of the five bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with soft color palettes, high-quality linens, and homey fixtures ensuring everyone's complete comfort. No matter the temperature outside, you will always enjoy the setting inside with the home's central air-conditioning tuned to your liking.

As evening nears, head back outside and fire up the gas grill for a sweet summer barbecue. A sunset bike ride can be achieved as you watch the yellow, pink, and orange hues meet the deep blue tones of the bay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
