*Please note: This property, Lost Key Landing, is undergoing balcony and staircase restoration project throughout the month of May 2024, schedule permitting. Detailed day-by-day schedule is not available, though please expect the following:

- progress: Work is extending into June 2024, schedule permitting. No specified date of project end time from update.

• Balcony closures, front side (street facing side). (Balcony items will be brought into the unit during the closures)

• Noise is associated with this work from power tools and dissembling of wooden structures.

• Staircase closure, though one side is always available.

• Changes in parking patterns.
