Discover a quiet modern design apartment filled with natural light in downtown Victoria.

Our 3rd floor unit is North facing onto Herald street with a small patio. It is an open concept design, with the living room and dining room sharing a space and a bedroom with a queen sized bed all on it's own.

Located right near the historic China Town and Old Town, this is a newer building built in 2018. It is on the corner of Herald and Government Street.

Entry is fully automatic, you will receive instructions and your very own code which is different from those guests before you and after you. You can check in anytime you like (after 3pm).

We've installed a brand new TV, with basic cable and a bunch of movie channels.

There is no dedicated parking spot for this unit, however there is street parking (free at night) and numerous parking lots and parkades located nearby.

The unit is light, clean and airy.

PLEASE NOTE: nearby construction may take place at sometime during your stay. We have not been provided with a schedule for this- it may happen during your stay, it may not. If you want more information, please send us an Inquiry message. By booking this listing, you are acknowledging that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason. construction has finally started across the street, there could be noise during the day.

Great location - clean comfy condo

The condo is well set up with all amenities you could want. A full kitchen if you want to cook in but the many restaurants in walking distance provide other options. The owners communication was excellent and contactless checkin was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Very nice place

There is major construction going on across the street. This will be going on for a long time. The noise lasts all day so you can’t use the outside deck during the day when the weather is warm. You can hear the noise when in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. At times it vibrates the building. When we asked the owner for a reduction in cost they said absolutely not. If we would have known that there was going to be construction across the street we would not have rented this place. As stated by the owners there is no parking. We have since learned that staying downtown Victoria with a vehicle and no designated parking stall is very inconvenient. Parking on weekend is hard to come by as the downtown area is very busy. Once the construction is done across the street and if you don’t need a parking spot we would recommend this place Brent

Cute, clean and good location

The space is cute, very clean and has everything you might need. It’s in a great location downtown, you can walk everywhere easily. The only downside was parking, the street parking is $6 for 2 hours and you have to move your car every 2 hours from 8 am to 8 pm so its pretty limiting. The hosts recommended several nearby parkade which were much better. The area felt safe as well. I would stay again

We've lived and worked in Canada, Japan, Yemen, Senegal, the Philippines and Vietnam. We're home now and loving it. Victoria has to be one of the best places in the world to live. We still travel a little, mostly back to Japan where we have family. Our kids have full passports with stickers from all over the world. They have no idea how lucky they are, but we're going to tell them when they get older. Paul used to push buttons in airplanes with labels like HKG (Hong Kong) and SYD (Sydney), Takayo used to teach. Now we clean our legal short term rentals and walk our Vizsla when we are done. Thanks,

We have bought two units in the building due to it's location and the layouts. The location can't be better, on the corner of Herald and Government. Right across from China Town and walking distance to everything.

This property is super clean and the best that we can make it. Takayo is personally involved in cleaning and running the unit. Paul does all the maintenance and correspondences. We are very much involved in your stay. While all our units are completely automatic, we are only 15 minutes away in case you need something or should something break. We also respond to texts almost immediately. We are here if you need us.
