Need a quick getaway, without the hassle of a busy resort? Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom top floor 2 story condominium - with ability to sleep 8. Beautiful view overlooking the Lake. A spacious living room area with cable TV / Roku to wind down with Netflix. Master room also has a TV with cable and Roku. About 20 minutes from the strip. Ample parking, wifi, and lots of outdoor seating options (front and back). The pool and park area will keep kids busy.

No Boat Slip, Rental Available.

The Space:
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Condo sleeps 8!

Fast wifi, outdoor seating with a lake view, FREE PARKING and quiet hours will assure you a relaxing and peaceful stay. You can even fish off the dock if you choose. Also close to several restaurants. I highly recommend the Pancake House for breakfast and Jeffrey's for fine dining in the evening, but feel free to stay in and take advantage of a full kitchen.

Equipped with washer / dryer.

Unfortunately I do not have a boat slip available, however I can give information on slip rental upon check in.

Two of the bedrooms are full sized, and the other is a loft bedroom with 4 twin beds hidden above a small spiral staircase.

Outdoor seating front and overlooking the lake also available.

Check in is 4PM and check out is at 10AM. So that our cleaning service can properly prepare the home for the next guests we are RARELY able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please book an additional day if you foresee you will need different times.

Carbon Monoxide / Smoke Detector also included for your safety.

Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.

This is a pet free home. This way we can keep the home as clean as possible and make it safe for those with allergies to animals.
