Peaceful View is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that is great for families and couples alike. When you enter the house from the main entrance, immediately to your left you'll see a closet containing a baby gate, high chair, and pack'n'play, along with stomp rockets and other outdoor games and toys for children. The main floor of the house consists of the kitchen, full bathroom off the kitchen, dining table and breakfast nook with seating for up to 15, living room, and master suite - a king bedroom with private full bathroom. Upstairs you will find another two queen bedrooms, another full bath, and a desk with large monitor for anyone needing a workspace. There's a queen air mattress stashed in the closet of the first bedroom that can be set up in the upstairs hallway for overflow guest sleeping.

The basement bedroom is the perfect set-up for children to have their own retreat, with two bunk beds and two trundle beds, a new 55" Fire TV, and a private half-bath. Throughout the house, you'll find toys, books, games, and even video games to entertain people of all ages.

Peaceful View is less than 5 minutes from Timberline Mountain and 15 minutes from Canaan Valley. If cross-country skiing is your thing, Whitegrass Resort is also just 15 minutes away! Skiers, hikers, mountain bikers, and kayakers will love the convenient location and the gorgeous view from the front deck. Inside and outside, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature. After a busy day, you can study the night sky from the outside hot tub or share a game of cards (or any number of others!) with family and friends.

The house boasts a well-equipped kitchen (appliances replaced in fall 2022), three recently renovated modern bathrooms (plus a half bath in the basement), and plenty of space for dining and socializing.
