Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect size for families or groups of friends traveling together. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room is spacious and features a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light and over 15 indoor games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.


•Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 in damages done to the property.
•Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
•Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
• Please note any bookings longer than 30 days will have a mid-stay clean required to be done at the 2 week mark. Additional cleaning fees will apply, additional cleaning fees will be at a discounted rate.
• All Pets must be approved by Property Manager Prior to check in.
• The water temperature can be influenced by sun exposure as the heating is powered by solar panels.
