This pleasant house has two bedrooms and two baths to welcome up to four guests. Great for a small group of friends or family looking for a cozy getaway to the inviting little lake town of Monroe.


You'll be welcomed by a playful rolling bar cart upon arriving. Make yourself a cocktail and enjoy the view! Guests will have a living room/seating area on the lower level with wall-mount TV. There is an additional living room with a loveseat, sunny window seat, and fireplace on the second floor- the perfect place to curl up and read a book or catch up on some remote work.

The kitchen, located on the lower level next to the dining area, is outfitted with granite countertops, and top-notch stainless appliances. Plenty of natural light comes in from the large window over the sink. Everything needed for a pleasant stay and easy meal prep is available in the kitchen.

The primary bedroom is decorated with soothing neutral tones. Guests will love the plush king-size bed and hotel-style linens. The windows look out over the lake with picturesque views. The luxurious bathroom is spacious and elegantly finished. Let your worries wash away with a soak in the extra deep tub while you sip a glass of bubbles.

Guests can access the lake 1/2 mile from the house to enjoy the quiet non-motor lake. The Walton Lake Park and water access has parking, an area for picnicking, and a launch for personal watercraft.

The all-sports Greenwood Lake and inviting vacation town by the same name is a quick seven miles from the home.

Guests walk down a set of stairs from the parking area to access the property. Walton Lake may have limited access to boating and swimming during winter months.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
