Hypnautic East - Duplex has been totally renovated - inside and out. The inside has wood-like tile throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances all set in quartz counter tops. Boast 3 king beds, 1 queen bed. There is sectional sofa sleeper in living. Sleeps 10. King King King Queen. Sofa Sleeper. Must be 25 years old to rent. No smoking. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Summer Season.

Hypnautic duplex is approximately 8 miles from Hwy 59 and Beach Road. The property has an in-ground pool and all the covered balconies have been redesigned and made larger. Must be 25 years old to rent.

*September 2024: Interior lining of inground pool has been replastered.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice updated house. Roomy and well appointed. Pool needs resurfacing am told this is scheduled. Right on the main drag, but the house is very quiet on the inside and the pool deck is comfortable and the walk to the beach straight out the back deck. I can recommend if you are looking for a place at Gulf Shores.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always rent a beachside house with a pool because some in our family enjoy the beach but others only enjoy the pool. The pool was dark green and foggy when we arrived - you couldn’t see to the bottom. The rental company told us the pool guy had visited the day before and assured us it was safe to swim in, but there was no way we were going to allow our kids in that pool. They sent someone out daily but ultimately told us there was not anything else they could do - the pool needs to be resurfaced and the owners will not do it. It has algae buildup and damaged plaster that simply shocking the pool will not fix. By day 6 of our rental, it has improved moderately, but not significantly. If a pool is important to you, don’t rent this house. The inside of the property was pristine - very clean, everything is new. If not for the pool, I would stay here again.

The space worked well for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and the location was good. The beach front balconies were very nice. The pool was great. I thought the foam mattress topper was very uncomfortable on the bed, however, another one of our guests thought it was great. We received a quick response when we had a small issue with one of the toilets. There were a lot of ants in the house. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool needed help. The property was adequate. I would say, builder grade. There are few staples in kitchen. You will need to bring salt, pepper, any spices you may need, condiments, crockpot, and a large pot. There are 2 very small ones. Definitely bring extra towels, your own beach chairs, tent and/umbrella and toys. The property is in an excellent location and is good for larger families with younger kids. Table seats 6 but you need to move chairs to make room there are also seats at the elevated kitchen bar. The bathrooms are small but adequate.

Being right on the beach was great and not as packed as if you go down a little ways where all the condos reside. House was really nice and clean. The only negative was the pool. It was VERY cloudy the entire stay. The bottom and sides are very stained which doesn't help but the siding was coming off the sides and bottom which clog the filter. We called the place and the pool guy came out but wasn't much he could do. The party that was leaving when we arrived said it was that way their stay and the party before them. Pool needs to be resurfaced badly. Also, this is a duplex, not a house. That wasn't noted properly on the listing when we first booked. Overall, very nice place and great area.

Great location, well appointed
We loved the location of this property. Access to the beach was steps away and made it easy for our stay with 3 kids (10, 5, 3). The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook quick meals and reheat food, though some basic staples like olive oil, salt and pepper would have been handy. The beds were comfortable and house was well laid out. We were disappointed the pool did not have an option to heat it up. Neighboring houses all had that option so others in the area enjoyed their pools while ours was WAY too cold (over Spring Break). The option to pay a fee to heat it up would have been great. You just never know with the weather in the spring. Also, additional lighting in and around the pool would be nice. It's very dark on the pool deck in the evenings. The description for this rental was confusing. It's listed as a HOUSE but I did not see where it clearly explained this is a DUPLEX and the pool is SHARED with the neighbor. I was under the impression we booked a private home with a private pool and beach walkway. I recommend updating the listing to explain clearly that the pool, patio and parking are all shared with the neighbor. Despite the amazing location and set up, I would not rent this property again unless I knew the guests booking the neighboring duplex. Sharing a small pool / patio with strangers is odd to me when it's not set up like a large condo or hotel. I would absolutely consider renting both sides if we brought friends or family with us.

This delightful beachfront property with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a swimming pool provided us with everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the house's prime location. The stunning beach views from the large windows and the spacious outdoor deck were truly breathtaking. It was an absolute joy to wake up every morning to the sound of crashing waves and the refreshing Gulf breeze.The house itself was decorated like something you see from HGTV. It exuded a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living area boasted comfortable seating, allowing our family to relax and spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen was a definite highlight, as it provided us with all the amenities necessary for preparing delicious meals. We especially appreciated the large dining table that accommodated our whole family, creating the perfect setting for enjoyable shared meals.The bedrooms were well-appointed and provided ample space for everyone to unwind and rest after long days of beach activities. The comfortable beds, fresh linens, and the soothing sound of the ocean outside made for a peaceful night's sleep.One of the standout features of this beach house was the swimming pool. It provided an excellent alternative to the beach and was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The pool area was well-maintained and offered plenty of seating options, allowing us to lounge and relax while enjoying the warm Gulf Shores weather.Just a short walk over the dunes and we found ourselves on a pristine stretch of sand, perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles, and taking long walks along the shore. The beach was relatively quiet during our stay even with the Holiday crowd. Our family will definitely return back.
