The villa's open-plan living and dining areas provide a comfortable and welcoming space for guests to relax and unwind. The large windows and sliding doors allow plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks, with high-end appliances and ample storage space. The adjacent study provides a quiet and peaceful space for those who need to catch up on work or study during their stay.

Outside, the villa boasts a large and inviting pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days or enjoying a leisurely swim. The surrounding sun terrace is furnished with comfortable loungers and outdoor seating, making it ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining.

The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
