Design elements abound, with a most unusual rough-hewn tree that has been made into an outdoor dining table. Inside, you can’t miss the warmth of hardwood floors and granite tile. The Chippendale architecture highlights the balcony that overlooks the pool and yard area.
From the pool’s patio, just inside the French doors, is the first-floor living space and full bath that would be perfect for families with small children. Plus, there’s a handy kitchenette with a wine cooler, mini-fridge, ice machine, sink, and bar-top seating. The comfy living area has overstuffed sofas and a flat-screen TV.
This first floor has a guest bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has antique and beach décor that provides a natural feel of home, as well as a flat- screen TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. These guestrooms have private entrances from the screened-in patio overlooking the back courtyard. A twin daybed is conveniently tucked beneath the stairs.
The second-floor living area is just as quaint as the first. The living room has ample seating and includes a sleeper sofa. The window seat’s charm will entice some to simply curl up with a good book or join your family to watch the large flat screen TV. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use.
An antique pub table is surrounded by banquette seating, and bar-top dining options overlook the well-appointed kitchen. There are also alfresco dining options on the balcony.
The kitchen has so many extras; you can attempt any culinary adventure your heart desires. The appliances are all stainless steel and include a gas range, oven, and microwave. And there’s ample workspace for the entire family to get involved in meal prep.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a flat-screen TV and a glassed-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, also with an ensuite bath.
The covered balcony overlooks the courtyard and provides the perfect place to decompress from the day’s activities. But be sure to “call dibs” on the hammock for the “best reclining seat in the house.”
