We are conveniently located in the heart of the Blackstone Valley, 1hr from Boston, 35min from Providence, and 25min from Worcester.

This is a 1000 sq ft. guest suite built off back of our home! There is not a full kitchen. There is mini fridge, microwave, Kurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, snacks and water and soda provided.
The space:
This charming guest suite boasts a seamless fusion of classic architecture and contemporary design. With its open floor plan and abundant natural light, this home exudes warmth. The spacious bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary, and the living area is an inviting space for relaxation. Step outside onto the patio, where you can savor the serene surroundings and appreciate the views of the farm fields and forest. The large windows provide vast views of fields often dotted with deer, turkey, foxes and an incredible variety of birds.
The addition is constructed with oak flooring throughout, 10' ceilings, a large living room with high vaulted ceiling and adjustable LED lighting.
The spacious master-bedroom includes an adjustable king-size bed, a full walk-in closet and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living area is set up with a large smart TV, comfy couch, and furniture high end providing great views while relaxing enjoying your meals and drinks.
There is a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and electric kettle along with dishes, glasses, and cutlery - note, the suite does not have a full kitchen.
The space is climate controlled, and an air exchanger is always providing a great mix of fresh air.
There is a private back deck that has a propane fireplace ready to sit around and enjoy a quiet evening.
Wood fires in the burn pit are permitted with advance request and only during approved fire burning seasons.
The addition has its own private parking area and there is plenty of room for RVs and Trailers.
The full unit is backed up with a powerful automatic generator to ensure no loss of productivity during power outages.
We are close to several local outdoor recreation areas. West Hill Park, Riverbend Farm, Southwick Animal Farm. Mendon State Forest, and direct private trail access to both Cormier Woods and Meadowbrook Woods.

Only a 4 min drive to Grand View wedding venue and 10min drive to Blissful Meadows and Arrowhead Acres.
