ATTENTION: To help assure all local ordinances are followed, we emphasize the rules to prevent unlawful parties, events, and disturbances. Parties, large gatherings, and other disruptions will not be tolerated. Thank you for understanding.
NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances.
NO Fireworks of Any Kind on and around the property at any time.
NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances.
NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property.
Bringing a pet without Property owner prior approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine.
If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund.

For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and in the backyard covering the outside premises.

Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply.

When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.

Special Facilities on property: Swimming Pool, Diving Board, Exercise Equipment.

Use of the Special Facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

Drowning
The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool and/or the diving board and/or exercise equipment.
The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the Special Facilities areas.
The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the Special Facilities areas.
All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Special Facilities and entire property at their own risk:

TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) in regards to guests` use of the Special Facilities.
TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that guests may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer in connection with guests` use of the Releasees` Special Facilities and its surroundings, to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees.
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to any third party, resulting from the use of the Special Facilities and its surroundings.
That the Booking Guest verifies he/she is over the age of 18 and is responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the Special Facilities.
That the house rules / waiver release and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon the guest, the guest`s heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of the guest estate.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

* Pets (dogs) are welcome. We charge a fee per dog per night, please ask me how much. We accept dogs over 1 yr old. Let me know asap (before check-in) if you have a pet. Unreported pets will be charged automatically and may be cause for Booking cancellation with no refund.

As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.

6. NO Disturbances Around the Neighborhood This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.

• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the guests) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and diving board and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
• Use of pool and diving board during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool and diving board equipment
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool and diving board area.
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool and diving board area.

All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) to your use of the pool and diving board.
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer in connection with your use of the Releasees pool and diving board, pool and/or diving board areas to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees,
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool and/or diving board and pool and/or diving board areas.
4. That you verify that you are over the age of 18 and that you are responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the pool and diving board,
5. That this Waiver, release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon you, and your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of your estate.

By selecting “agree” to the house rules, you are confirming that you have read and understood all of the above relating to the use of pool.

You confirm that by selecting “agree”, you are waiving certain legal rights that you may have against the Releasees, and you fully agree to do so.
