This affordable waterfront escapade has all the essentials to spend a fantastic vacation with your loved ones - a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a sunny living area with comfy furniture throughout and a smart TV with streaming and cable services, and a bayfront balcony with an outdoor dining area off of the living room. The main level also includes two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite enjoys access to the balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom while the second bedroom has a TV. The upstairs loft offers a cozy and secluded sleeping area.

Daughters first spring break

It was a last minute booking. My daughter is 15 and asked if I would take her and three friends to the beach for Spring Break! It was such a great location! It was away from the chaos but close enough to go to it when we wanted! It was easy to the beach and our view of the bay was beautiful! The girls enjoyed the pool and we all slept beautifully in the comfy beds! I even ordered sheets just like the ones I slept in, lol. Overall… beautiful! My only suggestion is new art. I am an artist and see there are renovations being made. If upgraded art is in the budget, would love to propose some new more elevated ideas pieces. (Off topic but thought I would ask) I have ideas!🥰❤️thank you so much! I really could not have been happier. I have shared info about this villa with my family and friends. Plan to come back for sure!😊

Nice villa

The villa was nice. There were a few minor issues. First this is not beachfront. It is bay front which was gorgeous but it was a bit of a trek to get through complex and across a busy road to get to the beach side. The balcony doors need some repair. There was sand on the floor and furniture when we arrived. The TV in the main bedroom was not a smart TV so could not be used plus remote only had one battery. Second bedroom TV appeared not to have remote. We found by accident after a day that it was under the bed. Empty condom box in one of the drawers while we were looking for remotes. The dryer was quite old and needs some attention l. It makes a loud racket when run. Beds were comfortable as was the pullout sofa bed. This was a nice villa but not likely one I will stay in again.
