Welcome to Sunset Porch Cabin located in a very desirable Greentown community on Lake Wallenpaupack in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. A perfect getaway for friends, family, boaters, fisherman, hunters, skiers, and nature lovers. Spend mornings drinking coffee on the porch, days exploring the lake, evenings grilling up a delicious meal and ending the days sitting around the fire pit eating s'mores, or in the hot-tub watching a beautiful sunset.
This 1063 square-foot cabin is nestled on a side of a hill surrounded by tall Hemlock trees in a lake community. Sunset Porch Cabin has a 70’s nostalgic vibe that features:

~Eat-in-kitchen with 6 person dining table. (1st floor)
~Stocked kitchen with complimentary Ziplock bags, aluminum foil, plastic food wrap, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, & sponge. No dishwasher.
~Complimentary coffee & tea bar with creamers & sugar provided.
-Access to wrap around porch.

~Living room w/ seating for 7. (1st floor)
~55 inch Smart TV on a rotating expandable wall mount.
~Access your own preferred streaming accounts or watch Tubi for free.
~Celling fan.
~Indoor fireplace for decorative use only.
~Access to porch from 8 foot custom slider.

~There are 2 full bathrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor.
~Both walk-in shower stalls.

Sunset Porch Cabin Additional Information:
~Dog friendly! $50 per a dog limit 2.
~Guests will have exclusive access to the whole cabin & double lot property.
~The main parking in front of the cabin has room for 3 vehicles. **Garage driveway is steep.** The side driveway (approx. 36 feet long) will hold 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. approximately 36ft. *Please make sure your boat/trailer is no longer than 36 feet long.*
~Door code will be sent out the day before your arrival. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.
~The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!
**Guests will have access to the whole cabin and double lot attached, as well as use of the Hot Tub. There is a HOA private community boat launch area about 5-10 minute walk. Launch your boat, kayak and canoe. All docks in the HOA area are private and can't be used. You are welcome to bring water toys to store them in the garage.

Golf Cart-Sunset Porch Cabin offers a 6 passenger electric golf cart as part of your stay. Golf Cart Owners are not liable or responsible for any bodily injury or death during the use of the golf cart.

Requirements:
~Must be 21 years old & have a valid picture ID.
~Any guests wishing to drive the golf cart will need to submit a picture ID that contains your birthday.
~Golf cart can not hold more than 6 passengers at a time.
~Golf cart must remain in the private community and not on public roadways.

Best weekend getaway

My friends and I had the best time. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The host was sweet and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting!

When we first got to the cabin, we were taken aback at how vertical everything is on this property, mostly with the driveway up to the garage, it's extremely STEEP. This wasn't explained except for a passing comment that we may want to back into the driveway to prevent the doors from closing on you while you unpack and pack your car. That did turn up a red flag, but you're in the mountains so you can expect a few difficult places to get around, or if not careful could be dangerous depending on the age of the guest. But we didn't expect nor were we prepared for that. That being said, everything else about this place is awesome. The access points for viewing the lake and visiting the lake are all very convenient. The condition of the house and its decor, enhances your total experience at the lake. THANK YOU!

Overall fantastic!

The place itself is wonderful and the hosts are super communicative and helpful. The only issues we encountered were a lock on the upstairs sliding shower door, preventing use, and the wifi was pretty spotty (prime video wouldn’t load for us to log in). Views: beautiful, hot tub: awesome, rooms: super clean and cute, kitchen: well stocked — we barely had to bring anything, grill: clean and easy to use. Will definitely be booking again!

Family time

The property is very nice and well equipped. We neede nothing that we didn't find on premises. Deanna and Todd were wonderful and very responsive to alm our needs including driving out to the cabin to unlock the doors when we locked ourselves out. They answered all our questions and were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Deanna and Todd for a lovely weekend 😊

Cozy Cabin at the Lake

This cabin was as advertised and our hosts were extremely accessible and accomodating. There was plenty of room for two small families and we enjoyed our time there greatly!

I grew up in Fort Lauderdale helping my parents manage our apartment complex and dock spaces. I enjoyed meeting people from all around the world and listening to their stories.
