This ground-floor condo at Palms of Seagrove is perfect for couples or small families wanting to experience 30A and all that the area has to offer. From the minute you walk in you'll love the welcoming neutral finishes and subtle coastal touches. Relax on the back patio with your favorite beverage or head over to the pool to bathe in the sun. In just a minute or 2 you can have your toes in the sand at this Gulf-side retreat.

The bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The hallway bunks are perfect for the kids and feature easy access to the hallway bath with tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed to accommodate up to 2 more guests.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Pleasently surprised

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although I am still frustrated with being moved from my original reservation in an other location, The rental I was moved to was very clean, very comfortable. Although the pool had limited chairs and small, it was satisfactory. My original had a view of the pool, this condo’s view was limited, but was the acceptable with the hedge. The condo was great with all the spices but no salt and pepper. No ocean front or view. Beach easy to get too. Location was good with a car, right in Seagrove’s quaint area. Two lane road, located right on jogging path. Quiet, small porch area. Comfy condo, pull out, two bunks, one king, two baths..ideal inside.

Good beachfront access and has space to bring your own chairs to setup on beach or has beach chair service if needed. Really enjoyed being on the 1sf floor and was quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With not a ton of places to stay on the beach, this place is a gem!! I brought my daughters & a couple friends. Everything you want or need is a walk or bike ride away. The condo was decorated very nice. It was also very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again! The host was very helpful and responsive to messages. I also got a message during our stay checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Also, check in and check out was a breeze!!
