Farmhouse cottage, recently renovated designer decor. On the bottom half living area we have a 60 inch smart TV in living area. Plenty of seating for guests. Updated kitchen with concrete countertops and a large french door fridge/with freezer and ice maker. Bench seating dining room table. Electric stove top, with cookware, utensils, silverware. Keurig with K-Cups and creamer. Oven and baking sheets are also included along with a microwave. Farmhouse sink and dishwasher can also be found in the kitchen area. Breakfast bar with 2 stools, great eating area for breakfast. A dining room table with bench seating can be found a str in the next room. An office can be found next to the living room, and is well equipped with a desk, bean bag (can convert into queen mattress, and floor pillows. The backyard is large. There’s also a half bath between the kitchen and office.
High speed fiber internet - crazy fast.
The basement has a washer and dryer, you will have to take steps down to basement.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, there’s a king bed with a comfortable memory foam purple mattress, plenty of closet space, a smart tv is also included.
The smaller bedroom has a queen ‘memory foam mattress bed with a smart tv mounted to the wall.
The full bathroom has a walk in tile shower, which includes toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap.

Other Things to Note:
This area has great option for restaurants. The neighborhood is extremely quaint for walks and jogs. Less than 5-10 min walk to Starbucks, Chipotle, Einstein Bros, Hen House Market, and a few great options for local eateries and shops.
We’ve preserved the old feeling of the house when we remodeled, which means the stairs and floors may creak/squeak and there maybe other old quirks.
