The Space:
#StayinMyDistrict Meridian. Convenient to I-84, with easy access to Boise Metro. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and grocery within 1 mile of the property. Spacious, open floor plan make this a great property for a group or a family. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, updated finishes & furnished with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect spacious and relaxing retreat in the Treasure Valley.

Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring full size appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (8) and a bar with (2) bar stools.

Cozy living area featuring a comfortable sectional. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! SMART TV and gas fireplace, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.

The front living room is bright and spacious with tall windows bringing in tons of natural light. Furnished with two convertible sofa sleepers to accommodate extra guests. There is also a large desk for working remotely!

Master bedroom features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. There is a walk-in closet and a large wardrobe for storing guests personal items. Glass door allows easy access to the covered patio from the master bedroom.

Master bath features an attached bathroom with sliding door shower and plenty of vanity space to get ready. Clean and spacious, with plenty of space for personal items. High quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, hairdryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.

There are 2 additional KING bedrooms furnished with comfortable mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room featuring it’s own unique style. There is a desk, nightstands and lamps. Each room has a closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.

Main bath in the hallway with a shower/tub, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, and clothes steamer complete the necessities!

Washer & Dryer in laundry room including a sink for guest convenience.

Large private, fenced back yard with covered patio. Outdoor table and chairs, & BBQ grill make for a relaxing evening on the patio. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space.

Pack n play, is available at the property.

FREE parking for (3) vehicles in driveway. FREE street parking DIRECTLY in front of home. The GARAGE is NOT available for guest use and used for the Owner's storage. This subdivision HOA requires that all guests park in the driveway or directly in front of home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, driveway, & backyard. The Garage is NOT for guest access. Washer/Dryer. Outdoor patio with stainless grill, outdoor seating and fenced yard. There is a pack n play at the property as well.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located to Meridian, Boise, & Nampa off of I-84 in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is near two beautiful community parks. There is a nail salon, Great Clips, Thai Food, and a liquor store less than 1 mile from the property and several restaurants including Grant’s Neighborhood Grill, Chicago Connection Pizza and Brew, and Big Daddy’s BBQ less than 5 min from the property.
Approx. 10-15 min drive to Eagle Road which boasts endless retail shopping, including the Village. The Village at Meridian features upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined village streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and world class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, The Village at Meridian provides a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Walmart.
Downtown Boise (20 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks include Chateau Park, Fuller Park and Tully Park. Lakeview Golf Club & Roaring Springs Water Park are two local attractions as well a Meridian Speedway.
Local Universities are Boise State University (20 min), Northwest Nazarene University (20 min), College of Idaho (21 min).
Local day trips St Chapelle Winery (32 min), McCall Idaho (2 hr 14 min), Idaho City Hot Springs (1 hour), Lucky Peak Reservoir (27 min), the Bruneau Dunes (1 hr 13 min).

Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 1-2 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended. Approx. .7 miles to Albertsons & Maverick convenience store.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.
Boise Airport (18 min.)
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.

Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Yard Service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay.

We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to digital key pad.
