Pelican's Perch is located in a residential neighborhood in southwestern Marco Island. It is a quiet family-neighborhood close to the beach and many of Marco Island's best beaches, restaurants and attractions!

We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida), if possible
