Great beach pad a minute walking distance from the beach. Close to everything - restaurants, stores, Ventnor movie theater and short Uber ride to the casinos. Beach is only a block away. Super safe area. Great cozy beach condo for some beach relaxation. Property has great light coming through the windows with a kitchen, 1 king bed, leather sofa and a small dining table with chairs. Beach chairs and umbrella are available with beach
passes. Street parking. No permits are provided or needed. Entrance can be eitjer side deck entrance or main entrance. Come and enjoy!

Stay Away

Here is a copy of the message I sent to the Host 2 days ago, to which I have had no response. "Alenka, we did arrive to your condo, unfortunately cannot stay for the following reasons of which I have photographic evidence: Kitchen is filthy, dirty sink with scum, filthy sink/counter, inside refrigerator door full with old food, the outside of the fridge is disgusting (top and side). Crumbs on dishes. The unit is not accessible for me with a meniscus tear. In fact, the sign on the upstairs hall door says that “Warning- stairs are for emergency use only", yet your entrance instructions direct me to use them. Also, your rental page gives no notice of the requirement of permit only parking - again with no on/off street parking with a bad knee - that is unacceptable. And for these reasons we vacated your property, pictures taken and request a full refund. If not, we will take further action. Dr. Murphy"

Really needs a microwave and should have bottle

I truly feel that a lot of information was left out especially to walk up to the unit I was under the impression that it would probably be on the 1st or the second floor and if it was more steps than that then it would be an elevator or something to get you conveniently to and from the unit and by the way the door was all messed up I didn't like that either cuz if you didn't pull it up or lift it up the door wouldn't shut properly that's very unsafe especially at night living in that place where you have people walking in and out all day and all night making all kinds of noises and the hallway and above you starting to you know vacuum their floor or do their cleaning at 1:30 and 2:30 in the morning I wish they had a told me that I would have to walk up so many flights of stairs I would have never picked that property at all even if it was only 4 minutes away from the beach
