From here, you will be within walking distance to the beach, trendy restaurants, and so much more! Additionally, you will also be close to Venice, Beverly Hills, LAX, and Downtown L.A.
Inside, the living is sunny, light-filled, and welcoming. The well-equipped kitchen offers a great space to cook, when you aren't indulging in the area's world-class eateries. Also in this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.
The bedrooms are spacious and kept cool thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. If you have a work project that needs attending to utilize the designated work desk.
As another days comes to an end, walk outside and enjoy the home's deck where you can sit and enjoy the comfortable seating with the pleasant Cali air surrounding you.
House Rules
-The owner provides wood for the firepit.
-There is an air mattress available for guest use when extra sleeping arrangements are needed.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: There is one camera at the front of the house, one on the side, one in the back, and a Ring camera.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
