Desert Brooke Villa is a gorgeous home + casita combination located within the premier Desert Community. Not only is it located a short distance from the beach of a beautiful 2.5-acre lagoon, but this property comes loaded with exciting amenities. Head out to the beach with the kayak and other water boards, go workout in the full garage gym, relax in the private hot tub, or have some fun on the arcade game consoles inside! This main house sleeps 18 guests, and then there's still the casita! With a king size bed and sleeper sofa, the casita (located above the garage) can sleep an additional 4 guests, bringing the sleep capacity up to 22 guests. The casita also features its own smart TV, full bath and kitchenette. Great for families or groups looking for big fun on their next adventure!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Other Things to Note:
**The carport is on a first come first serve basis shared with the casita. The garage is solely for the main house use. Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.
