Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home. If you enjoy the beach, hop on your bike and take a short ride down to the water. There is a two car garage but owner keeps one vehicle there in storage during rental season. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets while relaxing outdoors! Drive down to the beach and don't forget to stop at Royal Scoop on your way home for an ice cream cone.
