Seaside Serenity is a luxurious custom built cottage located in the family friendly Tidelands subdivision in Crystal Beach, TX. It is located on the direct beach access road, providing amazing ocean views and a short walk to the beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 people. It comfortably sleeps up to10 adults. 12 humans total. There is plenty of space to hang out with friends and family under the house and on the large covered deck.

NEW!! Just added a Swimspa under the house. This thing is a massive 14 feet long and 8 ft. wide. Enough space to fit 12 people max. One side has seat and jets like a jacuzzi. The other side provides plenty of space to hang out and swim. It heats to 99 degrees. So it’s perfect to use in the winter as well as like a pool in the summer. You can also get a really great workout in too!

Lots of space to hang out with friends and family. A large picnic table downstairs with plenty of games to choose from including corn hole, ladder toss and Jenga. The upstairs deck has lounge chairs facing the ocean and a round table to enjoy a peaceful dinner with loved ones.

Guest have access to beach supplies in the garage like boogie boards, floats, toys, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon.

Important Restrictions:
🚫 Swimspa is use at your own risk. Host is NOT responsible for any injuries resulting from use. Please follow all rules posted by spa. No people allowed in swim spa that are not staying at the property.
🚫 No pets allowed!
🚫 Absolutely no parties. No extra guest besides those staying at the property. Maximum 12 humans total at all times.
🚫 Cargo lift is not usable for safety reasons
🚫 Non-smoking property
🚫 All guest 25+ (children accompanied by parents allowed)

**Plumbing**

Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper. This includes feminine products.
