When you first walk into this waterfront home, slow yourself down on the way to the deck and take in the great living space and modern kitchen. Take a minute to go on up to the second-story master with a water-view balcony overlooking the deck. Moving on to the paradise deck on the water. Here you will enjoy the great views that go North, West, and South, but you’ll find it hard to leave while enjoying the hot tub. Offering plenty of lounge chairs to lay back and take in the atmosphere while listening to tunes with the outdoor Bluetooth stereo. If you brought your fishing pole, the opportunity to catch the biggest fish of the season awaits right off the dock. Before you know it you’ll be throwing the fish and steaks on the grill and enjoying one of the best meals with your loved ones. Don't forget about the ocean! Only one mile away! Sink your toes in the sand, soak up the sun while swimming in the water, and live on Island time!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Two-night minimum all week.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: WEIGHT RESTRICTION 30LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
