A Boulder Property with Pool, Hot Tub and Pickleball Court

Relax with the whole family or with your friends at Sunburst Springs. Our home, that lies on a total of 2.5 acres is the perfect place to embrace the serenity that Joshua Tree has to offer. Come stay with us and share the magical experience of Joshua Tree by lying under the stars in our hammocks! We are located just over a mile to the town center and a few extra to the park entrance. We just built a brand new inground pool/spa as well a pickleball court for your enjoyment!

The house is located on a spacious lot surrounded by mountains. Due to the mountains, noise travels in the backyard area and is disruptive to the neighbors. Please keep in mind before booking that there are strict noise regulations. No loud music is allowed out of respect for the neighbors!

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

Please make yourself at home!! Parking is not a problem, you can park in front or to the side of the house on the dirt lot.

Hot Tub rules:
To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

The main unit of the house has a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are three additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal or enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig! You can cozy up in the living room by siting by the fire and enjoying a movie or playing games and making memories with your loved ones. The detached ADU has a Murphy bed, full bathroom with a shower, a shuffle board and foosball table, and is the perfect place to practice yoga. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views Joshua tree has to offer in our backyard that is equipped with hammocks, a spa, fire pit, corn hole, BBQ , and comfortable lounging accommodations.

***Water (pool/spa) can be used but the Jets and heating are not working normally.***

The house is on a private lot however because of the mountain range, sound does travel and can become disruptive to neighbors. This space is meant to be peaceful and relaxing for our guests. We do not allow any music outside and ask our guests to refrain from speaking loudly or using foul language.

- Only two dogs are allowed at $95 each. Please message the host if you plan to bring your pets.

POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE and WE CHARGE EXTRA $350 for the first day and $150 for the following days (8 HRS) FOR POOL HEAT. 24 hrs advance notice

IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.

● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted.
● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa.
● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area.
● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents.
● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool.
● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool.
● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area.
● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface.
● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited.
● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa and pool area.
