The layout for this house is as follows:
This house is actually two separate levels that have their own entrance, living room, dining space, kitchen, laundry facility as well as the bedrooms

Top floor: King master with bath, queen master with bath and two identical bedrooms with a queen and a twin each. These share a hall bath

Bottom floor: queen master with bath, two queen bedrooms that share a hall bath

The boardwalk is shared with the other homes on this private/gated cul-de-sac next to Highway 361

The boardwalk is several properties towards the water and about a five minute walk to the beach

Owners live very nearby, but they are Awesome! This is their investment home. Please, all house rules must be followed, especially for checkout. Additional fees will be levied for extra cleaning, damaged linens or property etc.

As Host, I understand things happen. Open and clear communication will always be in your favor. I have a handyman and contracting business as well. This allows for our team to take care of repairs at reasonable cost if an accident happens. Just tell me about it. I am understanding. This also allows for quick service for maintaining the property in case we need to respond to anything
