Relax in our cozy river-front cabin, nestled in the Aska adventure area. Wake to the sounds of the Toccoa River and immerse yourself in nature on our spacious grounds. Enjoy easy access to hiking, tubing, rafting, and kayaking. Local restaurants, vineyards, and shops are nearby. Experience our spacious 3-story cabin with direct river access. The main level features an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a wrap-around porch for dining and relaxing. The loft upstairs includes a game table, pull-out couch, TV, and an attached master suite with a king bed, private bath, and balcony. The lower level boasts a game room with a pool table, kitchenette, additional TV, and pull-out couch, plus a king bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Enjoy the hot tub on the downstairs porch!

You will have access to all 3 floors of the cabin, a washer and dryer, a hot tub, and the Toccoa River.

In the heart of Aska Adventure, a cute Toccoa River neighborhood. Near the Lily Pad, Toccoa River Restaurant, hiking, and 8 miles from downtown Blue Ridge.

You can easily walk to Lilly Pad Village, where you'll find gem mining, mini-golf, and fishing. Plus, we're just a 2-hour drive from Atlanta Airport.

* We do have a STEEP paved driveway and enough parking space for 4 vehicles. Please DO NOT park on the river road.
* We do not provide firewood for outdoor use.
* The indoor gas fireplaces are open October-April.
* Due to the presence of bugs and critters in the mountains, please keep doors closed to avoid inviting them inside while enjoying the three different levels of porches.
* The quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am, please be aware sound amplifies on the river
Must do dishes, we have a dishwasher but no dirty dishes left in sink or counter
Must cover hot tub when finished and No food, glass or drinks in Hottub
Please do not leave chairs by the river unattended
Swim at your own risk
May not roast Marshmellows in indoor fireplace
