★PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Please check with the front desk for package confirmations from carriers, as all deliveries are sorted and held securely.

★PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome with a $500 non-refundable fee payable to the building. Pets must not exceed 30 lbs.

★PROVISIONS:
We provide essentials like an ironing set, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs. Please note that washcloths or kitchen towels are not included.

★GUEST SCREENING:
A security check-in procedure will be conducted to verify your identity and booking details. Your reservation is confirmed upon successful screening.

★WHAT TO EXPECT:
We've stocked the essentials—linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics—to ensure a comfortable stay. Our House Guide offers detailed advice and protocols for guests.

★EXTRAS:
Our concierge service is ready to arrange boat rentals, chefs, massages, and more. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that booking third-party services releases the property owner from related claims. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Guest Access:
Monthly rentals only, with a building application and lease process. A $100 application fee is required. Access to the entire apartment is granted upon building approval.
