Jungle Paradise! Perfect Location w/ Private Pool!

Welcome to our home! We have the best of both worlds here at Jungle Paradise, Savannah. We are located in the area of Talahi island, which is almost perfectly between downtown and the beach/Tybee Island. 15 min to either one! Explore the restaurants and beach life on Tybee Island, then head over to downtown and check out historic Savannah and the night life. You can also enjoy your day at the house with the huge private pool, game room, and an outdoor space you are sure to enjoy.

The space:

-This is a 3 bed/2 bath home. The master has a king bed with a pack and play for infants, room two has a queen bed, and room 3 has a full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle. This gives guests multiple options for sleeping arrangements. ***By law, we are only able to accommodate up to 8 adults in our home. Top bunk has a 250lb weight limit.
-In the living room, you will find our welcome table with important information, a large couch, and a smart TV with the option to log into your personal streaming accounts.
-The french doors from the living room lead you out to the best part- the backyard. We have a porch which provides plenty of shaded space, fans, and outdoor furniture. We have a grill available as well, and chaise lounge chairs lining the pool so you can soak up the sun. Not to mention you can spend the day with our pool Llamas!
-Come back inside after a day in the sun to hang out in the game room. Our game room has a pool table that also converts into table tennis, a foosball table, cards with poker chips, and a few good board games.
-The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. We have a washer and dryer in the laundry room that guests are welcome to use.
-The dining room table can accommodate 8 adults when leaf extension is added. Make sure to soak in our feature wall in this room! We unearthed it after removing 3 layers of wallpaper, so we decided to keep it, welcome to the jungle :)

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and backyard area. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Other things to note:

-All guests are required to read the house rules.
-Pool is open year round, but be mindful that Savannah is a seasonal state and it may not be pool season October- February.
-The pool is cleaned 2x/week in the summer (March-Oct) and 1x per week in the off season (Nov-Feb)
-Pool is NOT heated at this time. During the off season, the pool is maintained and kept uncovered so guests can still sit out by the pool and enjoy the backyard. Some brave guests do jump in!
-We do have video surveillance of the front door and driveway, as well as a noise level detector that alerts us if the noise level in the house is above an acceptable level. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. The front door camera does have audio. The noise monitor does not pick up words, it only tells us the decibel of sound. We cannot hear what guests are saying. We take respecting our neighbors very seriously and want to be conscious of the noise coming from our home.

***Savannah is a big spot for bachelorette and bachelor parties. We welcome these groups to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. There are tons of fun and exciting bars in downtown Savannah, enjoy your time there and come back to the house for a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Our neighborhood does not have any other rental homes, our neighbors live in their homes and deserve to be treated with respect by our renters. We take this very seriously and reserve the right to terminate a reservation with NO REFUND if rules are not followed.

-You will not get the exact home address until the refund period has passed
-This home is in a warm climate with a lot of vegetation and trees in the yard where wildlife and pests live. Owners subscribe to regular pest control services year round. If owner is notified of a pest inside the home, arrangements can be made for additional services if needed, but no refunds will be offered for such encounters. Regardless of measures taken to keep the home free of such events, occasionally something makes its way in through an open door, window, crack, etc.
