Summary:
Experience a relaxing getaway in our Modern unit in Spokane’s highly-sought-after South Hill, Moran Prairie neighborhood. We offer private access to a one-car garage or outdoor parking when you stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, as well as full kitchen dishwasher, TV with Netflix, laundry set, air conditioning (wall unit), and WiFi. Pets must be approved prior to booking, please submit an inquiry if you’re traveling with pets (yard not fenced). Locals must submit inquiry prior to booking.
The Space:
There is WiFi available in all parts of the apartment. We have a TV with Netflix. Our home is right next to a huge park and a few blocks from here is a water park that plays movies on an outdoor projection screen in the summer. We have bath sheet sized towels that we offer to guests as well as hand towels and washcloths for your face. The neighborhood is very quiet which will make your stay relaxing. (Outdoor activities, such as pool with movie screen, park gatherings of more than 5 people outside your household, etc may be limited in Washington state: We are currently in Phase 2 of Safe Reopening plan.)

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for insurance through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
