As you step inside, be greeted by the grand staircase, leading you to a luxurious living oasis upstairs. However, the ground floor is where the magic begins.
Venture down the hallway to find the lavishly appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a sanctum of peace, offering a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom designed for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom is spacious, featuring two queen beds, while the third is ideal for children, boasting two twin-over-double bunk beds. A well-appointed shared bathroom sits conveniently in the hallway. The den, a cozy nook at the hallway's end, hosts a futon, mini-fridge, and elegant French doors that reveal a fenced backyard and charming patio. The cherry on top is the indulgent hot tub, beckoning for a tranquil soak under the Texas sky.

"Overall the house was great! The host was very attentive and quick to respond when I had a question. I didn’t get responses to my questions on some minor things but it didn’t cause me to have an issue with the overall trip or experience. The house was mainly clean except the garage did look a bit unkept but it might’ve been because the garage door wasn’t working. Overall a good experience and I would rent again. Location was close to dining, entertainment, and the beach!"

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Four cars can fit in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 via the Airbnb Resolution Center after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. If any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, we reserve the right to retain the pet fee to cover costs associated with additional cleaning or pet damage.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB / DOCK: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
