Cabin On The Water

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our two children to celebrate my birthday and the last week of summer. We had fun exploring the beaches, kayaking the quiet water (rented a kayak), doing jigsaw puzzles and just relaxing in this cozy spot with beautiful views of Useless Bay

Perfect spot

The house was adorable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed fires out on the back patio most nights and visits from a bald eagle and heron who stopped by every night to fish. Truly spectacular spot.

The most adorable summer vacation cabin on Whidbey Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunlight Beach Getaway is officially our favorite beach cabin on Whidbey Island, and we will return. The outdoor living space is unlike anything else, and the cabin is fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The photos don’t do justice to how beautiful the views are or how neat the outdoor space is complete with many places to lunch and umbrellas for shade. You could easily spend two days without ever leaving the cabin lounging outside, exploring the MASSIVE beach with kids, etc.It's an old fisherman’s cabin built in the 1930’s but the owners have made a number of upgrades including a nice TV/living room, fast internet, and remodeled bathrooms. It’s a beach cabin, so don’t expect it to be exactly like a typical vacation property (e.g. the dishwasher is outside, some of the rooms are small, there’s a good number of spiders downstairs) but it’s very comfortable.Very highly recommended for a weekend on the beach.
