There is an open closet off the dining room that has a full-size washer and dryer. You are welcome to utilize this during your stay. We provide soap and the supplies you will need to wash clothing if so desired.

The living room is a part of the open-concept quarters. Enjoy plenty of seating with tons of natural light. Our space offers a 55" flat-screen TV with lots of FREE streaming and apps. If you feel like getting some fresh air, step out onto the deck via the sliding glass doors off the living room.

Parking is located in an open lot that is shared with others in the complex. The door to the apartment complex is not locked, but your personal apartment has a smart lock and keypad to it.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
