Great Getaway!

A Summers Place is an excellent choice for a weekend getaway and easily accommodates longer stays! Great choice for a couple or small family. Great location in Cherry Grove with easy access to the beach. Looking forward to a longer stay!

Oceanfront classy/stylish condo

My husband, son, and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this super clean oceanfront condo. We love staying at small condos in non-commercialized areas, and this one fit the bill perfectly. It is located in a super quiet community in Cherry Grove. This condo looks exactly like the pictures; although, I do not think the pictures do it justice. The condo is in pristine condition and is super stylish with modern appliances, tongue and groove ceilings, gorgeous tile, etc. The owner has thought of many details that make this condo feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was equipped with every appliance and utensil that you could possibly need to cook with if you chose to do so. Since we were there for a short stay, we ate a simple breakfast and lunch in the condo and ate out each night. Multiple towels and sheets were provided without an extra cost as charged by many other places. Some additional touches that were greatly appreciated and not usually found in other condos were things such as comfy blankets for the couch, games/cards, a small cooler, sand toys, noodles, a small life jacket for a child, games for the beach such as bocce, etc. Having driven many hours before getting there, it was nice to find that the owner had left extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, etc. Typically, places do not include these items, so we overpacked and bought too many items we did not need to bring. The beds were super comfortable. The oceanfront view from the master bedroom and balcony were amazing. The straight on view of the sunrise each morning from both areas was simply stunning. We were so pleased with the ocean being just a few steps away from the condo along with the two outdoor showers to wash off the sand before going back inside. The pool and outdoor grills were super clean although we did not use them since it was cooler temperatures in mid-October. We cannot say enough positive things about this owner’s condo. We highly recommend this owner’s condo, and we will definitely plan to go back in the future. We feel our money was well spent at this confo!
