This private apartment occupies the lower level of a larger home, one that's located one mile from downtown Multnomah Village. There's so much to enjoy in town, including more than 20 bars and restaurants within a four-block radius, over 10 breakfast and coffee places, an amazing beer shop, and all sorts of events and live music. You can easily drive to Lewis & Clark College (two miles), Sellwood (three miles), and downtown Portland (six miles), or hop on the 43 bus half a block down the road to reach John's Landing and the OHSU tram.
Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright, spacious, and open floor plan that's full of interesting decor. Take in views of the expansive backyard as you fix a few appetizers in the kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee makers), barbecue on the gas grill just outside your door, and sit down for dinner at the dining room table. In the evening hours, retreat to the living room to put on a favorite record. Your TV has Roku capabilities for streaming your favorite movies.
There are two serene bedrooms overlooking the garden and a large bathroom with both a soaking tub and a shower. Central air, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
The fireplace is not operational.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The homeowners live on-site in the main home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: Camera faces driveway parking, front door & through breeze way on the front and right sides.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
