Everything was very clean. The yellow and blue decor made the rooms a happy place to be. We had a question about television and the host was quick to respond. The house is close to downtown and Crystal Bridges.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed—and everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and so well cared for. The location was perfect and incredibly convenient to everything Bentonville has to offer, which made getting around so easy. The home was also very accessible and thoughtfully laid out, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from beginning to end—quick, helpful, and seamless.I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beautiful, exceptionally clean home, fantastic location, and wonderful hosts. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bentonville!

Hosts very responsive: they delayed a scheduled preventative pest control appointment to protect our baby from any chemicals. Pet and family friendly, cheerful decor. Our grandbaby loved the toys! Well supplied kitchen. Great location. We made good use of the abundant hot water for showers and laundry: large washer and dryer. Looks like interior was recently painted. Great area for quiet family walks in the AMs.

Wheelchair accessible and handicapped assessories in the master bath was great. Plenty of space for my mom to be independent in her wheelchair to move around and not be confined to 1 spot.

Wonderful stay, great place

We looked at other 4-bedrooms in Bentonville and Bella Vista and are glad we chose this one. Out of the many places we have stayed over the years, this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful. Everything looks brand new - appliances, furniture, rugs, etc. and feels luxurious (leather couches, marble countertops, great mattresses, and a nice stone fireplace). Someone had written that they couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but it worked just fine for us. The temperature control for the shower was a bit sensitive, but other than this, we were really happy. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and kind. We will definitely come back in the future for a longer stay, thank you!

Jan trip

Cute house inside. Good decor. Fireplace didn’t work, but was refunded some. Not aesthetically alluring from outside. Good location to all restaurants. Worked well for what we wanted

Bright, cheerful, clean and spacious

Exactly what you see in the pics -- modern, bright and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. New appliances, full size washer/dryer, all new furniture, linens, kitchenware, etc. Everything is spotless and brand new. Great location -- quiet neighborhood, loads of restaurants. We were all inspired to go home and redecorate. :) The property owner was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Did I mention chocolate? Chocolate! 10/10 would recommend and we will stay again on our next visit.
