Beach house with fire pit, game room and massive deck with wonderful ocean views

Brand New Listing directly on the beach in Surfside! This new remodel has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of deck space! You can't beat the views from the top deck overlooking Beach Dr, and everyone will love the fire pit! The outdoor bar area includes a TV, and plenty of seating for the family! The interior was professionally designed and decorated, and everything in the house is brand new, from furniture to decor and 65 inch 4K TV!

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
